  • High Performance Cat6, 24 AWG, RJ45 Ethernet Patch Cable provides universal connectivity for LAN network components such as PCs, computer servers, printers, routers, switch boxes, network media players, NAS, VoIP phones, PoE devices, and more
  • Cat6 performance at a Cat5e price but with higher bandwidth; Future-proof your network for 10-Gigabit Ethernet (backwards compatible with any existing Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet); Meets or exceeds Category 6 performance in compliance with the TIA/EIA 568-C.2 standard
  • A Category 6 Ethernet patch cable is also referred to as a Cat6 network cable, Cat6 cable, Cat6 Ethernet cable, or Cat 6 data/LAN cable. A wired Cat 6 network is more reliable and secure than a wireless network for your internet connections
  • The connectors with gold-plated contacts, molded strain-relief boots, and snagless molds resist corrosion, provide durability, and ensure a secure connection; Bare copper conductors enhance cable performance and comply with specifications for communications cables
  • Flexible and durable Cat6 cable with high bandwidth of up to 550 MHz guarantees high-speed data transfer for server applications, cloud computing, video surveillance, and online high definition video streaming

Customer Reviews

Great Cat6 patch cables! Great deal for Cat6 patch cables.I needed to replace a few Cat6 in my patch panel that lost the clip on the RJ45 connector...Im still not sure how that happened...So I bought these, they work as a perfect replacement.I am ver happy with the purchase and will be ordering more of these in the future. 5Great patch cablesGood quality cables, with a good boot/connector design that is easy to unplug. I had previously bought a bunch of GearIT patch cables, which have a cheap overmolded boot that is so stiff, I had to remove them from ports with needle nose pliers (and even after cutting off the boot, they would still get stuck!). These don't have any such issues. I bought 40 of these (1ft and 7ft), and no issues so far-- all of the terminations look good, and no signal integrity issues thus far.5Cable Matters is fantasticGreat cables. I bought 2 packs to set up a patch panel in my basement, and they worked great. One cable had bad ends, but only because the tab that snaps the cable in was broken. The cable itself was wired correctly.Would definitely recommend these. The speed I see out of these on gigabit internet is fantastic. Over 970Mbps.5Pro quality + best price + quick deliver = Greatest cat6 patch cable EVER!(1) Excellent quality as always, I've bought a lot of cables from 'Cable Matters'.(2) Delivered on time with amazon fulfillment.(3) The extra foot of length in the 7' over the 6' comes in handy without getting too long and messy for hooking up consumer devices like TV s, game consuls, desktops, etc.(4) Price is the best for a quality cable, you could spend more but wont get a better cable, you could spend less which would be difficult as these are very inexpensive but if you spend less on another brand you will probably get junk cables.(Ps) For anyone thinking they could make up custom cables just as good for cheaper think again, at best you could make them for the same price but wast a lot of time as cat6 are a bit of a pain to terminate, that is to put ends on.(Pss) I bought these for 23.99 for a 10 pack of 7' cat6 cables, that less then 2.40$ per cable very good for what your getting, if you need shorter cables they sell short ones for even less, I bought a 10 pack of 6' for 21.99 and a 10 pack of 3' for 17.99 from 'Cable matters', all same quality.5Working great for me.I purchased quite a few of these cables in various lengths and colors. I have not used them all, but I have had many of them in service since October 2014 and they have worked well.I have most of my house wired and have hubs throughout the house. I had a couple cables fail on me in 2014 as I was moving decices around. I decided that I had no good system for my cables and I wanted to remove 20' cables from places that I only needed 3'.I color coded my cables and purchased cables in the correct length. For example, all cables from the wall to a hub are now Red, cables between hubs are yellow, etc. I ended up with 5 different colors.I found that the connectors worked well and they snapped into place with an audible "click" and did not pull out with moderate force. The cables themselves were not too stiff so they were easy to snake around in the back of the shelf. I tested all the cables with a tester before putting them into service and had none fail. I have not tested the speeed, but I stream HD video from a centeral server to different TV's and have had no problem, so I think they are "fast enough" for me.In general, a cable like this either works or doesn't work, but I appreciated that I could order different colors and lengths easily and know that the red would be the same shade on all cables since I was purchasing from the same vendor. Not that this impacts performance, but I liked it.5Your choice of Ethernet cable mattersI had made some new long runs to finally get rid of wireless slowdowns. The usual assortment of cables that came as extras in various devices were in a pile and I used those on the new runs as the wall-to-device cables (station cables). The link refused to come up to full Gigabit speed. Ordered these as I had good experience with their SATA cables and the speed I had been hoping for came through. So, the experience reinforced what I knew from too many years in IT, but ignored because, like many folks, I'd rather use what's on hand than fork out for new. In this case, I'm glad to have bought these cables. Will definitely go back to this brand again, good prices for high quality parts.4Great quality Needed short cables to organize the cable cluster in my electronics cabinet. Worked wonderfully. All the cables seam pretty sturdy, no snapped tabs yet. Ordered the 10-Pack Cat6 cables. 5They're 1ft CAT65 patch cables and they workSo far so good. I tested all 10 right out of the pack and they all passed the 1Gbps test. I've had 5 out of the 10 in use for the past month without any failures. If you have the crimper and tools and skills, you could probably make these patch cables for less money. But if you only need a limited number of short ethernet cables, these will do nicely.4Perfectly Adequate for Patch Panel to Gigabit Switch ConnectionI have 48 of these connecting ports on my patch panel to a Netgear gigabit switch in a rack mount. The connector ends snap nicely and they aren't rounded off or slide out of the plug like some of the cheaper options here.I have run basic bandwidth tests and they reliably move gigabit speeds for my Cat 6 wiring and keystones. I have no reason to believe they will fail anytime before my whole network becomes obsolete.Highly recommend as the best balance of cost and value among the options for short patch cables here.5Great for home and small office Overall this product worked out as expected and has provided proper performance over my previous CAT5E cables. The only thing I noticed, which really isn t much of a concern for household or office use use, is that the outer material is a very soft coating. Most if not all of the CAT6 cabling I have worked with has been far more rigid, again this is not a concern for anyone using this in a home or office.I would recommend this product. The RJ45 connectors feel solid and well terminated. 5Inconsistencies I bought close to a 100 of these between 1 and 15 feet. I notices 2 bad cables out of the 100 which annoyed me as I had to chase the bad cable down. Besides that I am very happy with them as I had bought a mixture of cat 6 and 6A cables and I am running 10Gb in my server rack over it. 4Worth the money!Wiring my own network closet, I needed a good patch cable to go between my POE Switch and my patch panel. These definitely came through. Well packaged and well designed, they helped make my setup neat and clean looking. The performance is equally outstanding and, although I don't have a Fluke tester, the data speeds as indicated by my controller are great.5Works; gigabit speedAfter many years of home networking experience, I learned three things:1. Don't buy bright-colored ethernet cords if they're going to be visible; you want them to blend-in.2. It's probably worth it to buy patch cables of the right length rather than crimp the ends on yourself. Less random connection problems that way.3. Make sure the ends are easy to disengage. I previously bought some ethernet cords that were very hard to pinch, and it came back to bite me when removing them from devices in tight areas. These cables meet all three points well.5Well made, good valueI have been buying Cable Matters products for years and I can say that virtually NOT ONE of the items I've bought from them has *ever* failed. They make a great quality product and on the rare occasion I need help, their support is excellent. STRONG BUY recommendation!5
