i like this because it has a cord and fits into ... i like this because it has a cord and fits into a narrow slot next to other usb things... where most card readers are larger and don't fit. 5Works great! This product is great and works very well on my chromebook. 5This is a great card reader. Fast, functional and simple to use. This checks all the boxes, the cable tail is great also since the stick type readers tend to be difficult to access since they only go in one way and cannot be moved. Speed it great, it took just a fraction of the time my old 2.0 reader took - I don't have a benchmark. I also used it with an OTG adapter on my S8 and had no issues. 5Good item Working as intended and holding up well. Easy to use and good item for the price. 5Great Product! When eye-fi stopped supporting their wireless memory card I had to search for a card reader. I am definitely a 'user' and NOT a 'techie' so needed something very straightforward and convenient. This certainly fits the bill, is easy to use and is also neat and compact. Great product. 5Works well. Using this on USB 2.0, and it works quite well. The sdcard slot is definitely a bit of a tight fit, though. 5Working well, but occasionally loses connection. Working well so far. 100 MB files transfer in <5 seconds. LED indicator lights up to show power, but doesn't indicate connection or read/write activity.If I leave the SD card in the reader for a long period, it tends to spontaneoulsy unmount and then remount at random times. It's quite infrequent, but I hope it doesn't happen during a data transfer. Judging from reviews of other products, this seems to be a problem with card readers in general these days. (I have an old Transcend reader, good only with older, slower SD cards, that's never had this issue.) 4save your photos to the desktop or use it on facebook etc. It served the purpose for which it was bought. I bought it to retrieve the pictures in the memory card as my connecting the camera to the computer did not bring up the pictures quickly enough. However, using this gadget made it easy as I can place the memory card into the little slot and connect it to the USB port retrieve the photos in files and open them one by one if a lot of files are involved. A good purchase. 5SD Card reader Works just as described! Reads fast with usb 3.0, at first the system didn't recognize the reader, I believe it was my system finding the drivers! 5low strain on port, nice to be able to use both cards at once Micro-SD slot is a bit narrow, some of my cards need to be jiggled to go in or out. Being able to use both cards at once means being able to copy files from a camera to a backup without putting them on the hard drive first. 4
