I made a dance floor for my fairy garden and ... I made a dance floor for my fairy garden and used this to light up the gazebo and dance floor. I've had it outside in the elements for almost two months and it's working well. I only wish it had some sort of reel to wind it on. I used a marker, but it kept sliding off. When I tried to wrap it around the fairy gazebo without it reel, it kept getting tangled. 4There is one pretty flashing mode that looks more organic and flowing but ... I can't speak for the longevity of this product as I only just received it. I at first thought I got a faulty product as it wouldn't turn on after I left it in the sunlit window. The next day however when i went to check it again, I accidentally covered the solar panel and it turned on! Turns out it needs darkness just as much as it needs light. Some instructions on this would've been helpful. But it makes sense that it works in this way, so the lights only are on when it's dark enough to see them. There is one pretty flashing mode that looks more organic and flowing but the others are quite like strobe lights. I'll be installing them outside in the Spring, hopefully they continue to work! 4various modes are some that I have not had before like the twinkle. This is not just an off an on mode you have to see it to un I am a Solar light Fanatic. I love having decoration lights up all year not just the holidays. However, I never really liked the way "LIGHTBULB" lights looked in the daytime. It was an eyesore unless they were on the tree no matter what color of the wires. It would take me forever to hang them because I was trying to hide the wire. Now these LED Copper Solar Lights are beautiful in the daylight or indoor light. The way these light reflect off the copper wire in the sparkle mode is mesmerizing.There is another advantage to owning these LED copper lights. Being the copper lights are so much easier to hang on objects than the rubber coated wire lights since the copper is bendable. You don't have to twist it over and over to get it to stay in one area if you don't have a nail.The LED lights themselves look amazing and fairy like bring out the tinker bell in all of us. Or at least me. At night I just love to come home an see my house a block or so away because of the lights. ;) They are perfect nightlights IF you have a window that is facing the Sun long enough to charge them. I am down to my last two windows to try because the way my house is built I really don't have a window that gets full sunlight for more than an hour. Most houses are NOT like mine. I will find away because when I took them out of the box they were ready and Fully charged for the show. I put them around the window above my bed and yes like everyone is reporting they stay on past twelve hours. The various modes are some that I have not had before like the twinkle. It is not off and on. It is a twinkle almost off then back bright. So hard to explain so I did a video for you. It might take a while to upload and I am not a profession but you have to see the twinkle to know what I mean since you have already seen the "fake" twinkle by the light bulb rubber coated lights.These really are high quality solar fairy lights at an amazing price too. If I would change anything I would like to reinforce the copper wire. That's all, just as reassurance that it won't break outside with weather. I will be change out those bulb lights that I have to these. Great for year round and so great for Holiday decor . If not the pictures will be outside (but not if I can help it). 5They are so easy to assemble These are so cute!!! These can be used anywhere!!! They are so easy to assemble, set up, and take down. They are very bright and they look like little fairie lights. They can be used inside or even outside. They have an on and off button with the solar box. These can be used for parties, events, on the porch, in plants or even in flowers. I will recommend these to family and friends. 5Excellent decorative touch for our patio These are wonderful! I bought to sets to decorate our patio area with and they add such lovely ambiance. I love that they are solar powered, as it makes them easier to use outside (and more eco-friendly!). I strung them around some shepherds hooks and wove them in the bushes and just leave them there. It's been a few months and they still work great. The light isn't strong enough to read or play cards by, they are more for decoration and mood.My only complaint is that I prefer the constant stay on setting, and sometimes it's hard to figure out which one that is. Other than that, these are exactly what I was looking for. 5Lovely glow! It provides a nice soft glow that makes it nice for those late night trips to take the dog out. I'm concerned how long they will last with the malfunctioning already and I've only had them less than a month.***Lightning Mall saw my review and reached out and wanted to know if would like a refund or replacement on 2 cycling strings. Within days they sent me 2 replacement strings. Great customer service! Nice to know some companies still care about the quality of their product and make the situation right . Due to the level of concern my Mom purchased 2 strings from them instead of another company. 3Wind these around the lid (pictures) I tried a similar item from another seller and tried twice to get a working item. This one worked straight away and is still working. I agree with many other reviews, that the mess that arrives is very frustrating to work with so I tore the lid off the box the sting lights arrived in and wound them carefully around the lid.
