Mic seems to work; people can hear me and say it sounds fine. It has the larger (3.5mm?) male jack on it, which matches my phone without a 2.5mm-3.5mm adapter, which seems to lose a lot of the signal. 4Works well for what I needI bought this wired headset because I need one to connect to my Iphone for the work shifts that I am on call. I don't like having to use speakerphone or trying to hold phone up to my ear while I search within the computer. This works well for the purpose. The sound is clear. The person on the other end hears me well. I do have to keep the volume down a little or it is too loud for the person listening to me...unless maybe I just talk too loud. The headset itself seems kinds cheap plastic but it fits fine and it does the job. So i did not see any point in spending a lot of money on a fancy one. The boom microphone on it moves so you can adjust it closer or farther distance from your mouth. There is no discomfort when wearing it. I have a fancy one at work, but this one works just as well. It is wired and not wireless which is what I wanted so that I have no dropped signals or interference. 4Works great! This corded hands-free headset was exactly as described and works perfectly with my cell phone. It is sturdy, adjustable, and comfortable to use for long calls. The microphone and earpiece provide excellent voice quality. Even with the volume control wheel set at the maximum setting, I wish the volume control could be set a bit louder, otherwise this product is perfect for my needs. The product arrived promptly and in secure packaging. It also included multiple adaptors that could be used with different devices. 5The ergonomics are good, the 3My case also said it was a General Electric, but I figured GE bought Jasco. The ergonomics are good, the 3.5mm jack is compatible with an iPhone 4S, and the sound quality of the headphone is good, but the inline volume control produces too much static for the people you talk to, so it doesn't work well for sales webinars. I bought the "3.5mm Over-The-Ear WIRED Hands-free Boom" next, which is compatible with the iPhone 4S, and doesn't have an inline volume control, so there's no static. 1Cheap quality, button does nothing, came with janky cableThis thing isn't amazing. It's cheaply made and arrived with a noisey cable. It clearly uses the absolutely cheapest wire - very thin and flimsy feeling. The connections also seem cheap, and sometimes when the cable at the main connection shifts, it creates a tiny bit of static. It does have decent voice quality, both transmitting and recieving. It doesn't have great size range - it fits my large head, but barely. The button does not appear to do anything on one of my phones. On the other (Nexus 6p) when I press it, it launches... Spotify? Less than useful. That said, it was like ten bucks and I will likely keep it, mostly because I am too busy to return it and select another one. I just do phone interviews, and I don't need Seinhauser cans, just something to get the handset off my shoulder, and it basically works. 3These are terrific and the price is too!WONDERFUL quality - especially for the money.I got a $5 adapter at Radio Shack so I could plug these into my MacBook Pro and use this headset for my daily Google+ Hangouts.I do Hangouts that sometimes have many hundreds of people watching, so sound quality is important. No need to spend a bunch of money on headsets and mics when you can buy these!B.L. OchmanCEOMaximum-Plus.comGoogle+ Event Production and Training 5Five StarsWorks great and very clear 5Good deal for the money.Does a surprisingly good job, especially for the money. No one has had any issue hearing me yet, and I can hear most others pretty well. FYI: This occasional issue can also be caused by the other end too, I can't tell that. For me, the cord could be a bit longer and the head set just a little more generous in size and adjustment but for this price, you can't have it all. Another FYI: My hat size is 7 3/4. I wanted something reliable, adequate and affordable. I got just that. It is not heavy duty so treat it with care and it should be fine. 4Excellent, reliable headsetOver the years, I had purchased several other, similar headsets to use with my cell phone while driving. All quit sounding good after as few as six months. Two years ago, for about the same price, I bought my first Jasco 98999; it's still working well. (This recent purchase is for a second vehicle.) No hissing or distortion. Comfortable to wear. Easy volume/mute controls. Adapters for use on many devices. Excellent product! 5Good, simple, basic WIRED headset!Good, simple, basic WIRED headset. Sometimes "Old School" = "New School". In other words, it uses old technology, being wired, but the clarity is consistently good unlike wireless where your experience may vary. Real Volume Control is awesome! Ever forced to wait on hold where they jack up the volume of distorted hold music or endlessly repeated announcement telling you that Your call is very important to us or We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes ? You ll really appreciate the call volume control when you can reduce the volume to a bare minimum until an actual person comes on to the call. BTW, I have 2 of these headsets. Also, easily adjustable. 5
