Just perfect Bought this as a gift, and now I want one. Tested it before giving, to make sure it doesn't get too hot--and didn't want to put it back in the box. Comes with a bulb, so no thought needed there. Was not too hot, just warm. Beautiful shell and soft, relaxing light. Adds not only light but beauty to the room. On/off switch lets you decide on or off, no sensors. Exactly what I was looking for. 5Cute and bright enough to light the way to bath in small hallway! Had this for a short time and like it. I have it in the main bath and light is bright enough to light the way to the bathroom I m my small hallway. Bright enough that you don t really need to turn on light in bathroom during the night. You have to turn it on and off yourself which is why I bought it. The sensor style lights never go off as the bathroom is an inside room in the house with no window. 5Love it Cute seashell night light! Just as described and pictured. The pictures I attached were taken in a slightly dark room in the day time. At night it s pretty much the same. It s not too bright to keep me up yet there s enough light to see when getting up and to be able to sleep without it bothering me. It s a gentle light and beautiful seashell 5Pretty but IMHO potentially hazardous I got this nightlight to use in my bathroom, which is rather large. It's very pretty, and provides just the right amount of light, not too much or too little. It also has an on-off switch.Unfortunately, the bulb is very hot. I wouldn't be able to leave it on all night. And there does not seem to be any way to replace the bulb so once it's burned out (I was concerned about fire!), it's useless anyway. It's a real shame, because it IS pretty, but I wish it had a replaceable LED bulb. 3Very cozy, pretty and works well. I love this nightlight! Got it for my granddaughter's room, and it's bright enough to illuminate the room, but not too bright, and the shell softens the light to a nice warm glow. Unfortunately mine has a pearly gray/blue (natural) splotch on the inner shell right near the light bulb which is visible when the light is on so it doesn't look quite as lovely when it's turned on.
